General Guidelines
1) T.A. limited to S.T. bus fare (Excluding ASIAD OR
LUXURY Buses) or Railway II nd class sleeper fare
will be paid to the student, Lady staff or
parent accompanying the student
1) Only final year student can participate in Quiz
Competition.
2) The final date of event (discipline wise) will be
displayed on MSBTE web site, as well as institute
notice board

3) The last date for entry into the competition should
be 5 days prior to the event.
4) The 3 member Question Moderation committee to
be formed for finalization of Quiz rounds and Quiz
question.
5) There should be one team of two members from
each institute with one accompanying faculty if the
team is from interior of Maharashtra.
6) 50% Questions should be based on curriculum and
50% on Technological field related to discipline.
7) Five teams in one group & each group will face 4
round
8) The M.C.Q will be displaced on LCD screen
9) A panel of 6 jury will be formed to assess each
group.
10) The report of panel of jury will finalize the winner
& Runner for quiz competition.
11) Maximum number of entries will be limited
to 30.
HOW TO REACH:-
Instruction to Students
1. No registration fee.
2. Participants should report 30 min. prior to
scheduled time at venue.
3. Each team will consist of 2 students.
4. One team will be allowed for per college.
5. Questions for quiz competition will be based on
50% D. Pharmacy syllabus & 50%
technological field
6. Lots will be declared after reporting.
7. All the participate will get certificate of
participation.
8. The decision of judges will be final & binding..
9. Last date of submission of registration form is
30/01/2015.
10. All the students have to bring their college ID
card with them.
11. T.A. & local conveyance will be provided to
participant.
12. All participates & their accompanying staff will
be provided tea, breakfast & lunch.
13. Those who need accommodation has to reach
Gadhinglaj before 7.00 pm. On 04/02/2015

STATE LEVEL TECHNICIAL QUIZ COMPETITION

Quiz Competition will be held in four rounds
Details of rounds are given as below
ROUND NO 01:- WRITTEN EXAM
Each group appears for written exam.
Written exam will consist 10 questions.
Each correct answer carries 5 marks.
Each wrong answer will minus 1 mark.
Time limit 10 min.
ROUND NO 02:- QUESTION & ANSWER ROUND
Each group appears for Q.A. round
Each group will asked 5 multiple choice questions by quiz
master which was display on LCD screen.
Each correct answer carries 5 marks.
Answer should be given within 1 min.
No negative marking.
ROUND NO 03:- RAPID FIRE ROUND
Each group appears for rapid fire round
Each team has to attempt to answer as many of 15 questions as
they can within 2 minutes.
Each correct answer carries 5 marks.
Each wrong answer will minus 1 mark.
If a team does not know the answer, the team must say “Pass” to
move on next question.
ROUND NO 04:- JUDGES ROUND
Each group appears for judges round.
From judge’s side 2 questions will be asked for each team.
Each correct answer carries 5 marks.
Answer should be given within 1 min.
No negative marking.
