Each week is a different topic This hands on science class will make learning fun & cover a variety of interesting lessons. The older kids will go much more in depth than the young ones. TRI-BEACH is at 170 Hillside Ave. Using handbuilding techniques make holiday gifts for friends & family. A unique chance for mom, dad, grandparents, brothers & sisters to share quality time! All materials are included. 3 separate sessions offered. Class size is limited so register early! Like to get your hands dirty? This class is for you! Have fun learning to make cups, bowls and much more. Try the wheel and handbuilding with earthenware clay. You can also build on skills you already have. Make new friends too! All materials are included. For children with previous clay/pottery experience. Learn to make objects and sculptures using handbuilding and wheel techniques. Make decals, use colored slips and more. We offer skills in playing and composing in a fun-filled atmosphere. A studio class for building on & perfecting what you know about cursive handwriting. Focus on beautiful penmanship, developing a signature, & establish a lifetime skill. All uppercase and lowercase letters will be covered. Carolyn's love for writing & belief that beautiful penmanship is a point of pride will be easy to see in this forgotten skill. Technology classes designed to facilitate Science, Technology, Engineering & Math learning. Materials we use are from Lego Education & MIT Media Lab.
