1. Pursuant to the above cited references, this is to announce that two {2} applicants for
.Fire Offrcer I position have passed the Final Medica] Examination and who shal] take oath as Fire
Officer 1 for having met all the requirements set by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and this
agencythru the Regional Personnel Selection Board IRPSBJ, to wit:

2. In view hereof, they are advised to report at the BFP Regional Headquarters 4A, Camp
Vicente Lim, Calamba City, Laguna on 17 December 20L4 at ten o'clock in the morning in white tshirt, maong pants, rubber shoes and observe proper haircut Further, they are instructed to bring
extra clothes and rubber shoes, original and xerox copies of the documents submitted together with
their Marriage Contract and Birth Certificate of Parents (if 60 years old and above), dependents and
children (if any).
