NOTICE OF CHANGE OF DIRECTORATE
The Board of Directors of Zambian Breweries wishes to announce the departure of Mr.
Anele Malumo as Managing Director of Zambian Breweries PLC (“Zambian Breweries”
or the “Company”), with effect from 1st December, 2014 and the appointment of
Annabelle Degroot, currently the Finance Director of the Company, as the Managing
Director with effect from the 17 December 2014.
Mr. Malumo is taking up a Group role based in South Africa managing the SABMiller
Africa Opaque beer operations.
The Board also announces other recent changes in the Directorate of the Company
resulting from the recent SABMiller group “One Africa” reorganisation.
 The resignation of Mr Gert Nel from the Board with effect from 6th June, 2014. Mr.
Nel went on to take up another role within the group.
 The appointment of Mr Brian Hirsch to the Board with effect from 9th June 2014.
 The resignation of Mr Trevor Sanderson with effect from 3rd October, 2014. Mr.
Sanderson went on to take up another role within the group.
 The appointment of Wayne McCauley to the Board with effect from 9th October,
2014.

The Board would like to thank the outgoing board members for their services to the
Company and wishes all new appointees success in their new designations.
