Changes to buses in Fleet
From 5 January 2015 there will be changes to the way we run buses in Fleet,
including Ancells Farm, Elvetham Heath and Church Crookham.
Most services in Fleet were financially supported by Hampshire County Council.
Due to a reduction in Government funding it was necessary to make savings in
subsidised bus services. Public consultation and route surveys identified the
priorities for funding and we have worked with to County Council to redesign
routes so that they are financially viable for the future.
30 Basingstoke | Fleet | Farnborough
Withdrawn - between Basingstoke and Odiham replaced by routes 10 & 13,
Fleet and Farnborough by route 72 and in Whetstones Rd/Cripley Rd by route 9.
72 Reading | Fleet | Farnborough
New route and timetable - will now run from Reading to Farnborough through
Elvetham Heath, Fleet, Church Crookham and Ancells Farm.
77 Pondtail | Fleet | Church Crookham
New route and timetable - one trip will run in the morning and afternoon
running from Ewshot, Church Crookham, Pondtail, Fleet, Ancells Farm,
Elvetham Heath to Calthorpe Park School and All Hallow’s School.

Route 72 no longer runs between Fleet and Aldershot.

and proceed along Reading Road, Aldershot Road, Kings Road, Fleet Road,
Minley Road, Cove Road, Farm Drive, Ancells Road, Elvetham Heath Way,
Mounts Way, Hitches Lane to Calthorpe Park School. From here it will
continue along Dukes Mead, Reading Road, Ewshot and previous 72 route
to All Hallows School.

From All Hallows School - anyone wanting to get to Elvetham Heath,
Church Crookham and Ewshot who boarded the morning 77, should use
route 415 as far as Pondtail. Change here onto route 77 which will be waiting
to proceed via Ancells Farm, Elvetham Heath, Dukes Mead, Church Crookham
and Ewshot. The connection is guaranteed.
