THE TRIOLOGICAL SOCIETY 2015 COMBINED SECTIONS MEETING INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS AND PRESENTERS ONLINE MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION TO THE LARYNGOSCOPE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORAL PRESENTATIONS http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/lscope Submitting authors have agreed at the time of abstract submission that the material has not been submitted for publication, published or presented previously at another national or international meeting and is not under consideration for presentation at another national or international meeting. The penalty for simultaneous submission/publication is prohibition from presenting at a Triological or COSM meeting for a period of three years. The Society retains the right of first refusal to publish any paper presented at a Triological Society Meeting. It is required that all abstracts/papers accepted for oral presentation at Triological Society Meetings be submitted for review to the Editor of The Laryngoscope by the deadline outlined below. Authors of poster presentations are encouraged to submit manuscripts to The Laryngoscope. MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION AND ONLINE SUBMISSION: Manuscript submission to The Laryngoscope is mandatory for all oral presentations. Instructions for Authors and the link for online submission are available at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/lscope. ALL MANUSCRIPTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BETWEEN THE DATES BELOW OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO MAKE YOUR PRESENTATION FROM THE PODIUM MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION NO SOONER THAN DECEMBER 19, 2014 AND NO LATER THAN JANUARY 13, 2015 IN FINAL FORM TO THE LARYNGOSCOPE MEETING REGISTRATION: All presenters of oral and poster presentations MUST register for the Triological Society Meetings at www.triological.org. Hotel and program information is available on the website. Meeting registration and completion of a meeting evaluation is required to obtain continuing education credits.
