On behalf of the 2014-2015 Emerald Yearbook Staff, I would like to welcome you back to another exciting school year.
As the year gets underway, we have some exciting news and updates we would like to pass your way.
Order Your 2015 Yearbook
All orders must be complete by JANUARY 16th, 2015. After that date there will be a small number of additional books
that will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT WAIT – supplies will be limited and we
WILL sell out. You can pre-order your book in one of four ways:
 GCHS Order Form: Included in this packet is an order form for the 2015 yearbook. Please complete this form and
return it to Mr. Farrell (English Office) along with a check made out to GCHS for the total cost of your order.
 Online Orders: Visit www.yearbookordercenter.com and enter Job Number 8601. By ordering online you can
pay with an electronic check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
 Phone Orders: Call the Herff Jones Yearbook Order Center toll free at 866-287-3096.
 Mail Order: Mail your check to Herff Jones Yearbook Order Center at: PO Box 29, Edwardsville, KS 661139029. Be sure to put “Order Number 8601” in the memo line along with your student’s name & grade.
Underclass Portraits
All freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will be required to sit for their school portrait during the week of October 27th. Total
Image Photographics will provide order forms for families who wish to order their student’s portrait, though ALL students
must sit for a portrait to be included in the yearbook. Order forms will be due at the time of the portrait. Freshmen will be
photographed during their Transition class on October 27th; sophomores will be photographed during their
Lunch/Study on October 28th, and juniors will be photographed during their PE class on October 29th. Please be sure
that your son or daughter is dressed appropriately for school pictures on these days.
ATTENTION SENIORS!
Grayslake Community High School District 127 has selected Total Image Photographics as the official yearbook
photographer, working in conjunction with Zanzucchi Photography. These two studios will be responsible for all student
portraits in the 2014-2015 yearbook; please note that we will NOT accept images from any other studio. Zanzucchi
Photography is offering a FREE PERSONALIZED YEARBOOK ($54 value) included in your senior portrait package. ALL
SENIOR PORTRAITS MUST BE TAKEN ON/BEFORE DECEMBER 5th. Please contact Zanzucchi Photography at (847) 4563395, or Total Image Photographics at (847) 223-5900 to schedule your appointment.
If you are simply looking for a yearbook portrait ONLY, Total Image is offering a FREE SENIOR YEARBOOK
PORTRAIT. Total Image will be setup in the theater lobby during periods 4-7 on October 27th and 28th. They will be
here periods 1-8 on October 29th. Please report to the Theater Lobby during a free period and have your picture
taken. If you prefer, you can also schedule a time to get your free portrait taken at Total Image’s studio in Grayslake.
