Reverse Osmosis Membrane Cleaner for Organic

EONROM 100 is a polyamide membrane
cleaner, especially for cleaning inorganic
foulant. Most reverse osmosis system failure
is due to membrane fouling. The effects of
fouling in R/O system are decrease in flux
rate and poor water quality, which finally
leads to membrane replacement. Repeated
maintenance cleaning will prolong life of
membrane.
EONROM 100 adalah kimia pembersih untuk
polyamide membran, khusus untuk kotoran
inorganik. Sebagian besar sistim reverse
osmosis yang tidak bekerja disebabkan oleh
membrane yang telah kotor. Akibatnya,
jumlah air yang dapat diproses menurun,
kualitas air juga menurun, dan akhirnya
membran
harus
diganti.
Pembersihan

Application
Cara Pemakaian

Rinse the permeator with the water

Bilas permeator menggunakan air.

Dissolve 2 kg of EONROM 100 for every
100 liter of R/O permeate.

Larutkan 2 kg EONROM 100 dalam setiap
100 liter air hasil R/O.

Mix thoroughly and make sure that all the
powder is completely dissolved.

Aduk sampai larut semua.

Adjust pH in the range of 3.5±0.5 pH
should be above 2.3.

Atur pH menjadi 3.5±0.5. pH harus
diatas 2.3.

Circulate solution in R/O system for one
hour. Do not allow pressure to exceed 60
psi.

Lakukan sirkulasi larutan pembersih ini
dalam sistim R/O selama 1 jam. Tekanan
maximum adalah 60 psi.

Dump 20% of total solution and continue
the circulation as follows:

Buang 20% larutan dan teruskan
sirkulasi dengan ketentuan sebagai

Use Iron Test Kit to monitor Iron content
in the solution every 30 minutes. The
cleaning process is done when three
times reading show the value doesn’t
exceed 10% from before reading.


menit. Cleaning dianggap selesai ketika
3X hasil yang dicapai tidak melebihi
10%.


After cleaning rinse thoroughly with R/O
permeate water.


Rinse the permeator by using water with
pressure of 40 psi


pada suhu kamar. Namun, produk tersebut
harus diperiksa setelah 2 tahun dari tanggal
pembuatan sebelum digunakan pelanggan.

EON-ROM 200 is a polyamide membrane
cleaner, especially for cleaning organics

Application
Cara Pemakaian



