Pack your items carefully, with
each item in perfect condition
and all labels attached, including
hangers.Shoes must be in their
original, undamaged box, please
do not use the shoe box as
wrapping.
ADDRESS LABEL STICKER
Use the Address Label Sticker to
return the parcel. Put this form in
the parcel and send within 21
days.
