p.m. in the Administrative Office at One Baker Place, Keyser, West Virginia.
This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the County School
System’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public
participation during the meeting as indicated in agenda item Public Comments.

1. Donna Hanlin, Itinerant Classroom Aide/Paraprofessional – Special Education assigned to
Transportation, effective February 1, 2015 – Advertise position
Mrs. Hanlin requests to be placed on the Substitute Aide/Paraprofessional listing (inactive status).
The Superintendent wishes to thank Mrs. Hanlin for her 28 years of service to Mineral County
Schools.
2. Ramona LeMasters, Itinerant Classroom Aide/Paraprofessional – Pre K assigned to Burlington
Primary School, effective January 24, 2015 – Advertise position as Itinerant Classroom
Aide/Paraprofessional/Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Teacher
Mrs. LeMasters requests to be placed on the Substitute Aide/Paraprofessional listing (inactive
status) and to remain the instructor for the Aide Orientation.
The Superintendent wishes to thank Mrs. LeMasters for her 20 years of service to Mineral County
Schools.
