MINERAL COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION Keyser, West Virginia #22 February 17, 2015 A regular meeting of the Board of Education of Mineral County will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Administrative Office at One Baker Place, Keyser, West Virginia. This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the County School System’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. Student Disciplinary Hearing The Board, pending a majority vote of the Board, will enter into Executive Session, pursuant to WV Code §6-9A-4(3), to conduct a hearing for Student Disciplinary Case #15-10. B. Student Disciplinary Case #15-10 The Superintendent will make a recommendation concerning Student Disciplinary Case #15-10. C. Request for Home Schooled Student to Attend Classes – ITEM 1. Parent requests permission for their home schooled child to attend classes at Keyser Middle School for the 2014-2015 school term, effective February 23, 2015, pending enrollment (not to exceed 50% of the instructional day), and subject to normal registration and attendance requirements.
