choice. SCCP provides a free pass to all students taking it the first time, although the Pre-NAPLEX may
onlybetakenuptotwotimes.

beusedtocalculatethetestscore.Theremaining35questionsarepretestitemsandwillnot

andcannotbeidentifiedbythecandidate.MajorityofthequestionsontheNAPLEXarescenarios,based
on patient profiles provided with some stand-alone questions as well. The passing score reported is
NOTapercentagevalue.

TheMPJEisatwo-hour,90questioncomputer-basedexaminationofStateandFederalLaw.
Of the 90 multiple choice questions, 75 are operational and will be used to calculate the
score. The remaining 15 questions are pretest items and will not count toward the MPJE
score.PretestquestionsareincludedonallMPJEexaminationsandcannotbeidentifiedbythecandidate.
Nodistinctionismadebetweenfederalandstatejurisprudencequestions.Eachquestionisansweredin
termsoftheprevailinglawsofthestateinwhichyouareseekinglicensure.Thepassingscaledscore
forMPJEis75withaminimumofzeroandamaximumof100.
