to help transform Devon Canada’s heavy oil performance. The successful candidate will be
experienced in leading large groups through change and will be an experienced facilitator,
comfortable presenting in group sessions. Ideally, this individual will bring 10+ years’
industry experience in a heavy oil environment to the role, along with a basic knowledge of
statistics and prior exposure to CI concepts and implementation plans. Previous experience
working and living in a field environment will be considered an asset.

Wildfire Crew Coordinator: works closely with fire crew contractors
to assemble and perform administration and field audits for wildfire
crews.
Logistics: is responsible to coordinate manpower, fireline/heavy/
light equipment, specialized equipment, ground transport, fuel,

Camp Manager: is responsible for the operations and maintenance
of fire bases in the area. The camp manager will ensure the catering
