temporary shelter; will assist the Executive Director with
developing and monitoring of services to clients and

support and evaluation of Client Development Staff; will
share on-call supervisor duties; will provide lay counselling,
support, information and guidance to clients; and, other duties
as required or requested.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a strong knowledge
of family violence issues, and have experience in crisis
intervention, supervision and program administration. A
current Criminal Record Check, Children and Youth Services
Intervention Check, valid first aid certificate and current ASIST
certification is required. Preference will be given to applicants
possessing a Social Work Degree with a minimum of 3 years
related experience or related post-secondary education/work
experience.
