Parents notes: Please support us in providing active and healthy
lifestyles for children by providing a healthy lunch, fruit for break times and
plenty of water.
 The programme is subject to change. Activities and times may be amended without

 The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

 Once enrolled on the day children cannot leave until they have been signed out by
their parents / guardians.
 Children who take medicine must be able to administer it themselves.
 Unacceptable behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated & a refund will not be issued
if your child is sent home.
 *Featherstone sports centre will now be charging for early drop offs and late pick ups,
please note these fees must be paid before your child can attend their next session.
 No refunds will be given if a child fails to attend.
 Photographs may be taken by the centre for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for
your child to be in any photographs please inform a member of staff.
 Please make sure your child has plenty of water and a packed lunch.
 Please make sure your child wears appropriate clothing for the weather and activity
(Socks must be warn at all times for the Bouncy Castle, Super Obstacle Bouncer and
Trampolines).
