Bio
I was born in 1989 in Savigliano (CN), in the north west of Italy. I
started climbing when I still was a child with my father, and climbing
soon became my favourite passion. At the age of 15 I climbed my
first 8a and from the age of 15 to the age of 20 I took part in
several competitions of the italian national championship (senior and
junior) and in some european youth competitions. Then I realized that
my primary passion was climbing outside at 360 degrees. That's simply
what I like most! Enjoying the nature, travelling, discovering new
places...
My best achievements are probably in sport climbing but I also love
multipitch climbing, trad climbing, ice-climbing and alpine climbing and
my goal is now becoming more and more complete on every terrain!

Expeditions
I've recently taken part in a rock climbing expedition to the
Tsaranoro, Madagascar, in september 2015. With my friends Marco
Sterni, Andrea Polo and Gabriele Gorobey we managed to climb Never
the Same, 8a (7b Obbl.) 670m making the first free ascent of the
crux pitch, and we made the first repetition of Fire in the Belly 8a+,
(7b+ Obbl.) 700m.

New lines on the rock
Discovering and developing new climbs is something that always inspires
me! I'm not interested in serial bolting but as soon as I find a new
line that catches my attention I want to bolt it! Up to now I had the
luck to find some new gems in Valle Tanaro, Val di Susa (Italy) and
Istria (Croatia).
In november 2015 I've also opened ground-up my first multipitch
sport route in Mongioie, Non chiedere il Nome, 7c (7a+ Obbl.) with
Paolo Ramò.
