TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited for the procurement, installation and
commissioning of CCTV (Closed Circuit Tele Vision) system cameras and
surveillance systems at new (G+6) and old (G+2) building and parking place of
Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, Surat-1, Chowk Bazaar, Near Gandhi Baugh,
Surat-395001. Total 24 Nos. of Cameras is required to be installed with minimum
description mention below in table.

All terms and conditions should be mentioned in the tender and no other
condition will be entertained under any cost. The rates for the CCTV system should be
submitted to the Department in a sealed cover which should be superscribed as
‘QUOTATIONS FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF CCTV SYSTEM’.
All
accessories of CCTV system must be of reputed brand and from authorized
dealers/contractors, firms engaged in installation of security and surveillance systems.
The rate of each accessory must be quoted separately. The Technical Bid and Financial
Bid must be quoted separately.
The tenders in sealed condition should reach at the Administrative Officer
(HQ), Room No. 501, 5th Floor, New Central Excise Building, Near Chowk Bazaar, Opp.
Gandhi Baug, Surat, latest by 30.01.2015 at 5:00 P.M. (Telephone No. of the
Administrative Officer is 2462721).
The Department reserves the option to select more than one firm for award
of contract and will not be bound to accept the lowest tender. The Department reserves
the right to reject or to accept any of the quotations, whole or part, without assigning
any reason thereof.
Tenders received in open and after the due date will not be
considered under any circumstances, which may please be noted. No advance payment
will be made.
Payment would be made only after supply and satisfactory installation of
CCTV system. Department reserves its right to reject any or all bids without assigning
any reason.
