Brown Brothers, a family-owned winery, is one of Australia’s
most loved and trusted wine brands. Adventure is in the DNA
of our Company – the pioneering spirit of the family, the history
of innovation, the forward looking approach to winemaking and
the passion of the people who work with us. With premium
vineyards in Victoria and more recently Tasmania, the Brown
Brothers family of wines has grown to four brands and we are
looking to grow our business through our differentiated value
position.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your major responsibilities
will be to lead and manage the Engineering team to ensure all
members are appropriately skilled, motivated and responsive to
company requirements. In this role you will work collaboratively
with department managers to ensure reactive and preventative
maintenance requirements are met in the most safe, efficient
and effective way. Driving waste reduction through a culture of
continuous improvements and championing the application of
the 5S process are also significant aspects of this role.
We are looking for a “super tradie” with advanced qualifications
and ready to take the next step. To be considered for this role you
must possess management/supervisory experience or be able to
demonstrate your leadership ability. Sound analytical capability
and project management skills will be highly regarded.
