Dear East Orange School District Parents and Students,
Once again, we are embarking upon our application/audition process for various schools throughout the
district. It is important to ensure that this process is completed with the most integrity possible and to be
certain that we are working towards providing parents with their first school choice.
For this reason, we must insist that you indicate your preferred school choice in order of first choice,
second choice, and third choice in order for your application to be considered. This will assist us in
enrolling students according to eligibility and skill, while placing a priority on school preference. Should
your child be accepted to more than one school, your preference will be taken into the highest
consideration.
