HORSHAM, PA – January 28, 2015 – Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics, P.C. announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Kidworxs Pediatric Center, L.L.C., a primary care pediatric medical practice. Founded in 2012 by Maria M. Mahoney, M.D., FAAP, Kidworx goal was to provide personal service in a relaxed and caring environment for children of all ages. This acquisition, effective February 1st, will ensure that the patients of Kidworx will continue to receive excellent medical care in a familiar environment, while also giving patients of Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics the convenient ability to schedule their appointments in the new Horsham location. “I am pleased to announce that Dr. Mahoney will remain in the Horsham office through March 1st in an effort to provide a smooth transition to her existing patients” said Joshua Dowd, Practice Administrator. “We are excited for the opportunity to enhance the services provided at the Horsham location by adding weekday morning walk-­‐in hours along with evening and Saturday appointments."
