You are invited to “pawticipate” in the Artown’s 15th Annual Art Paws to be held Sunday, July 12th, 2015,
From 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in the outdoor area at McKinley Arts & Cultural Center Park, Keystone Avenue
and Riverside Drive, Reno, NV.
Art Paws is the only dog-friendly day during the month-long Artown festival in Reno. Art Paws is a
unique event combining pet art, beer garden, live music and animal attractions.
Five thousand pets and their people are expected this year for paw painting, art browsing and beer tasting!

2015 VENDOR AGREEMENT
SPECIAL REGULATIONS:
Vendor Booth Applications will be accepted through July 8th, 2015. Notication of vendor acceptance will
be given within 10 business days of receipt of your Booth Application and fees made payable to: Art Paws.
This outdoor event will take place rain or shine. We will not be responsible for sun, shade or weather
conditions. No refunds will be given; however, booth space may be transferred to another vendor upon
approval.
A 10’ x 10’ booth space will be assigned to each vendor. Each vendor is responsible to provide their own
table and shade (unless rented). Each vendor accepts any loss or damage to his or her artwork and/or
products. While the park has many trees, please be prepared for morning or afternoon sun. Assigned
vendor spaces can not be changed the day of the event due to lack of preparation by the vendor. Spaces
will be announced at Art Paws, July 12th, between 7:30 and 9:00am, at Vendor Check-In.

Committee and one as voted on by the attendees of Artown’s Art Paws on Sunday, July 12th 2015. In 2014,
more than 5,000 people and pets attended Art Paws. Your donation will not only go to a great cause, but
will capture the attention of many, many event-goers.

Art Paw requests all vendors carry and provide liability coverage for this event. Please be
advised that all Artown Art Paws event coverage WILL NOT extend to or provide any
insurance liability coverage to you, your employees, volunteers, associates, animals or business
in any way. Additionally, you release all liability from Art Paws, Animal Fanfare Publishing, Inc.,
Artown, McKinley Arts and Cultural Center, and/or the City of Reno, their employees, volunteers
