Applications for vendor space must include a deposit of $150.00. Deposit(s) will only be refunded if O Entertainment declines to accept the
application. Each vendor receives a 10 x 10 Canopy, and one electrical outlet. Vendor must provide their own Tables, Lights, Electrical Cords,
and Twist Lock Plugs. All items that you bring must fit completely within your vendor space (10 x 10 or larger if requested). All vendors must
leave a refundable cleaning deposit of $100.00. Applications will not be given consideration without the accompanying deposit check(s).
GLASS BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD, SELLING GLASS CONTAINERS MAY SUBJECT VENDOR TO
REMOVAL WITH NO REFUND OF SPACE FEES. NO OVERNIGHT SECURITY.

List all products to be sold (must have retail prices on each item listed and cannot sell glass containers):
O ENTERTAINMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROHIBIT THE SALE OR RENTAL OF ANY ITEM OF MERCHANDISE OR FOOD.
Deadline for Applications is no later than ten (10) days prior to the event, August 29, 2016. The undersigned agrees to abide by the official
rules of O Entertainment to staff their booth during all fair hours, adhere to the retail prices listed above, to not drive vehicles on fairgrounds during
fair hours, adhere to all electrical, fire, health and other codes whether local, county, state or federal, and to clean their booth space.
If booth space is left vacant without prior permission of O Entertainment, vendor is subject to a $50.00 per day fine and/or having the space
resold to another vendor. Any vendor not paying in full his space fee BEFORE opening day must pay an additional $100.00 late fee for the space.
