MISR Temple No. 213, A. E. A. O. N. M. S (www.misrtemple213.org) and MISR Court No. 193, DOI
(www.misrcourt193.com), invites you to participate as a Vendor during the 32nd Annual Joint Charity Ball, June 26 -28,
2015 at the Turf Valley Resort, 2700 Turf Valley Rd Ellicott City, MD 21042. And your participation will help to make
this event a success!
The following are the available vendor packages:
Sponsorship Standard: $40
1.
All Sponsors will receive full page advertisement in Souvenir Journal.
2.
$10 discount with the donation of a gift basket (valued up to $10)
Vendor Standard: $150
1.
2 day space rental which will include 1 6ft table and 2 chairs
2.
All Vendors will receive full page advertisement in Souvenir Journal.
3.
$10 discount with the donation of a gift basket (valued up to $10)
4.
Wristband that gains access to all events
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 can be made in advance to reserve a table space, please return the enclosed
Vendor Contract with the deposit of $50.00 or the total application fee of $150.00 per table space on or before June 19,
2015, the deadline date. The total fee of $150.00 covers only one (1) table space and two chairs. It also includes one
ticket to the event on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Please make Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks payable to Prince
Georges Shriners Foundation and forward to Dt. Wendii Vailes, 12516 Parker Lane, Clinton, MD 20735.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Payments are also accepted through PayPal using [email protected]. You will receive a receipt and
confirmation for your table space (s) via e-mail. If you have not received confirmation by June 19, 2015, please contact
Dt. Wendii Vailes 240-708-1051 or Noble Christopher Strambler, 703-887-4247 or via email at [email protected]
immediately, to confirm your table space reservation. The Vendors area will be available on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 4:00
PM for set up. You are encouraged to promptly return your application and deposit/total fee to ensure your table space
reservation.
