August with nursing techs to
discuss their role, what they see as
challenges to effectively do their
job.
5. RN to develop NT survey
related to job description.
6. Small committee to be formed
with RNs and NTs to write
guidelines. Champions will be
chosen to educate on these
guidelines and to follow up on
success.

techs cancelled due to
activity on unit.
