Congratulations to NEW DIMENSION for receiving a gold trophy at the Imperial NCDA Show Choir
Competition. Placing in the top 6 out of 17 show choirs. Great Job!!!
Congratulations to the Kimball Speech team for placing 1st out of 15 teams at the Sutherland Invitational on
Saturday! Individual awards went to Connor Moore, 4th place in humorous prose; Jessica Portillo, 4th place in
persuasive speaking; Nicholas Thomas-Lewis, Paycen Harroun, Kaden Adrian, Sebastian Portillo, and Connor
More, 4th place in oral interpretation of drama; Jessica Portillo and Nicholas Thomas-Lewis, 3rd place in duet
acting; Kennedy Lewis, 1st place in extemporaneous speaking; Nicholas Thomas-Lewis, 1st place in poetry; and
Leisha Casimiro, 1st place in informative speaking. Keep up the excellence, speechlings!
All Speech Team member need to see Miss Dillinger today.
7th through 12th grade students who have not purchased a yearbook yet, there is a promotion running for the
month of February only. Pick up a flyer during parent teacher conferences or visit jostens yearbooks.com
Also, senior parents the yearbook staff is launching the senior ad recognition campaign. See the flyer at parent
teacher conferences or visit Jostens ad services.com, offer ends April 30th.
There are some sweet Kimball Wrestling T-shirts for sale. They are $20, first come first serve. If interested,
please bring cash or a check to 'Kimball Wrestling Club' to Mr. Brashear .
