The Tournament Committee shall have sole management of the tournament which
shall be played under the laws and regulations of the ITTF and TTA.
Double Fish white (3) three star 40mm balls are the approved ball for the
tournament and shall be used for all games.
No claim will be recognised by Table Tennis NSW inc. should any player receive an
injury during the playing of this tournament.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason.
In the event of insufficient entries for any grade, players may be placed in another
event at the discretion of the Tournament Committee and the Referee.
Any player failing to appear when called upon to play is liable to be disqualified.
PLAYERS MAY ONLY PLAY IN THEIR OWN DIVISION AND ONE HIGHER
Acts of bad sportsmanship will be dealt with under the rules of the game and may
be referred to Table Tennis NSW Inc. Council for further action.
ALL events shall be the best of five (5) advantage games,
Entries received without the correct fee will be accepted only on the condition that
the entry form is completed and monies paid prior to commencement of play.
Entry Form must be signed by the player indicating acceptance of the conditions.
In the case of doubles, a player being unavailable on the day he/she may be
replaced subject to the approval of the Tournament Committee and the Referee.
It is the responsibility of the WINNER of each match to ensure that the score card is
correctly completed and returned to the control desk with the ball. Failure to do this
may result in the next opponent being given a walk over.
No refund of entry fees will be considered after the draw is made.
Persons attending the tournament are responsible for their personal effects.
ALL players will be required to umpire a minimum of one match per event entered.
Losers should remain on the table to umpire the next match, if required.
All entrants, Coaches and Officials should be aware and comply with the TTNSW
Inc. Sexual Harassment and Child Protection Policies.
All entrants should be aware of Anti-Doping requirements. The requirements and
the Prohibited List can be found on the ASADA website, www.wada-ama.org or
ring the Anti-Doping Hotline on 1800 020 506
It must be noted that Sports Injury Insurance does NOT cover any injury to, or death
of the foetus of a pregnant woman whilst participating in sport. Pregnant women
must therefore be advised that they participate at their own risk.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to declare any illness or disability which may
require medical attention: and ALL entrants compete at their own risk.
All players should report to the tournament control desk 15 minutes prior to the
commencement of their scheduled event to register arrival and complete any
incomplete entry forms and pay any outstanding fees.
Entrants MUST be at their respective age groups as at 31 December 2014.
No gluing of rackets is permitted inside the playing venue.
Only ITTF approved glue may be used.
Players must have current registration for 2015.

E-mail entries will be accepted on condition that a signed tournament
entry form be lodged with the Tournament Director, with the required
fees, on the day of the tournament, prior to the first match played.

DOB and events you wish to play.
For doubles partners, mark P/R if partner required.
All E-mail entries will be acknowledged by return e-mail.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure entry has been received.
