College Goal Sunday 2015 will take place at 2 p.m. (local time), Sunday, February 22, 2015
at 37 sites in 30 Indiana communities. The program will begin promptly at 2 p.m., and most sites close
by 4 p.m. College Goal Sundayprovides on-site help from financial aid experts for completing the
FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). All students who are college bound, regardless of
family income, must complete the FAFSA if they desire to receive any financial aid - loans, grants, or
scholarships to supplement their cost for college.
Students 23 years of age or younger should attend with their parent(s) or guardian(s) and bring their
parents' completed 2014 IRS 1040 tax returns, W-2 Forms and other 2014 income, asset and benefits
information. If students worked last year, they should also bring their earnings income information.
Also, prior to attending each parent/student will need to have obtained a PIN number (U. S. Department
of Education Personal Identification Numbers) by going towww.pin.ed.gov for their online filing of the
FAFSA.
For more information about College Goal Sunday or financial aid visit the College Goal Sunday website
at www.CollegeGoalSunday.org or call the Learn More Indiana helpline toll free at 800-992-2076.
At College Goal Sunday, in addition to help filing the FAFSA, students may also win one of 16 $1000
scholarships! Students who attend any of the College GoalSunday sites and submit a completed
evaluation form will automatically be entered in a drawing for a $1000 scholarship. The winners will
be notified in March, and prizes will be sent directly to the higher education institution selected by the
