CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Abs Abdominal work utilizing many different
exercises and equipment for a total core workout.
Athletic Conditioning This class combines skills,
drills, running and alternate cardio and strength
segments for a challenging workout!
Step and Strength Class Description This class
consists of basic to intermediate levels of step
and includes muscle conditioning utilizing weights,
bands and medicine balls. An all-encompassing
workout designed to improve cardiovascular health,
coordination as well as muscle tone
Cardio Challenge Bursts of cardio and strength
training for a great multi-level workout for
strengthening heart and muscles
Total Body A balanced strength training workout to
tighten and tone your entire body.
Cardio H2O A class combining cardio, endurance,
strength and toning in the water.
Total Body Extreme Challenge yourself with this
extreme workout to strengthen and tone your body.
Be prepared to push your physical and mental
limits.
Cardio Strength A great cardio challenge that
combines aerobic conditioning, muscular endurance
and balance training all together for a well rounded
workout! This 3 in 1 workout burns calories and
tones muscles.
Total Strength This class focuses on building
muscle using a varity of equipment. 100% strength,
no cardio. Abs included.
Cardio Strength Lite This class increases muscle
definition and strength using a variety of functional
& strength training tools with a cardio boost.
Total Strength for Seniors A mild intensity
workout for active older adults that combines some
cardio activities and some strengthening exercises.
Circuit Training Express 45 min class Cardio &
strength training built around the circuit. Enjoy
fitness station workout without the choreography
and coordination of the typical aerobic class!
Turbo Kick® A combination of intense kickboxing
moves, as well as dance moves, all perfectly
choreographed to high energy and motivating
music. It’s a unique blend of intense intervals
strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool
down.
Cycle One hour fun and challenging cycle workout.
This class setting is appropriate for all levels
and ages because YOU control YOUR intensity.
Instructors will lead you on a cycle journey, you
control how intense your workout is.
Cycle Strength Combines cycling with a strength
training exercise for a powerful workout.
Deep Stretch This class will teach you proper
stretching and relaxation techniques to clear
your mind and relax your muscles. It combines the
stretching aspects of yoga with a slow flow. The
class begins with a slow flow to build heat and
warm the muscles, followed by deep stretching
to release connective tissue in the belly of the
muscle(versus at the origin and insertion like in yin).
Floor postures are held for one to five minutes,
allowing for increased flexibility of the body and
quieting of the mind. Runners, cyclists and athletes
of all fitness levels will benefit from this class.

Ultimate Conditioning This class combines skills
and drills alternating cardio segments with strength
training. May also include plyometrics, sprints and
calisthenics. Base fitness level required.
Yoga Standard yoga class, for all levels, grounded
in the classical yoga tradition. Emphasizes
alignment for strength and flexibility; breathe for
relaxation and healing; and meditation for building
compassion and self awareness.
Zumba® is dance based cardio that fuses Latin
rythms and easy-to-follow moves. It combines
high energy and motivation with unique moves and
combinations. Class includes the meringue, salsa,
reggaeton, hip-hop and more international dances
from around the world.
Insanity This class consist of plyometrics for legs
and glutes, upper body resistance, cardio, cardio
abs and recovery to give you the results you want
in a healthier you!
Intervals Interval Training is a type of physical
training that involves bursts of high intensity work.
This high intensity work is alternated with periods
of rest or low activity.
PiYo™ Designed to build strength, sculpt abs,
increase core and gain flexibility & stability. The
moves fit together to form intense choreography
that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s
about energy, power and rhythm.

challenge members will recieve health and wellness tips and be
