Subject: Air Ticket Quotation
The sealed rates are invited from the authorized travel agents for air ticketing for the following
sectors:
Type of Class: Economy class.
Sector:
Paro-Bangkok on 7th March, 2015.
Bangkok-Kuala Lumpur on 8th March, 2015.
Kuala Lumpur-Bangkok on 21st March, 2015.
Bangkok-Paro on 22nd March, 2015.
Note: You are requested to quote for most direct flights.
1. You are requested to submit the sealed rates to this Ministry on 17/02/2015 before 12 noon.
2. The bidders are required to submit the EMD of Nu. 10,000/- in favor of Offtg. Chief Adm.
Officer, AFD, MoIC.
3. The quotations received after the date line shall not be entertained.
4. We will not accept the unconditional quotation like an increase of fares or changing of airlines
at the time travel.
5. The validation of fares and available of seats should be as per the details mentioned above.
6. The availability and confirmation of seat at the time of travel should be confirmed before
submitting your quotation.
7. You are requested to submit the Ticketing License issued by the Ministry of Trade &
Industry with your quotation.
8. The quotation should submit along with the confirm itineraries.
9. The travel agents are requested to quote the rate as per the sectors given as above.
10. The quotation without sealed envelope will not be entertained.
11. The bidders are requested to mention the name of the air lines quote in full fare in every
sector.
12. Please don’t quote for budgeted air lines.
13. The sealed quotation should be address in favor of the Offtg. Chief Administrative Officer,
MoIC.
