Sealed bids must be submitted to this Department on 16th February 2015 before 12 noon.
Unconditional quotations like an increase of fares or change of airline at the time of travel
are not accepted.
The validation of fares and availability of seats should be as per the details mentioned
above.
Bidders are requested to mention the name of the airline and submit confirmed itineraries.
The availability of seats at the time of travel should be confirmed before submitting the
quotation.
The quotation will not only be evaluated on the rate alone but for the type of airline and
timing of the flight as requested.
The Ticketing License issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs should be submitted.
Quotations without sealed envelopes will be rejected.
Sealed quotations should be addressed in favour of the Director General, Department of
Local Governance, Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs, Below Yangchenphu HSS,
Thimphu.
