Director of Corporate Development
The Director of Corporate Development will be a key member of the Finance team and expected to work
seamlessly with the executive team of one of the fastest growing fast casual restaurant concepts in the world.
This position will also interface closely with our Accounting, Legal, Real Estate and Construction teams, and will
report to the Vice President of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain and refine the Company’s financial forecast model to provide the executive team with rolling
5-year financial projections, capital structure sensitivities and capital markets analysis
 Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities; lead internal, cross-functional teams during
acquisition processes
 Discuss and negotiate financial terms with prospective landlords for potential new restaurants
 Prepare weekly cash forecasting reports with senior members of the Accounting and Finance teams
 Assess capital structure proposals for new franchise restaurants
 Formulate and maintain valuation materials for the Company’s stock option plan
 Assist with the annual budgeting process
 Perform ad hoc analysis at the request of the executive team to drive strategic decision-making
 Prepare Board level presentations on a quarterly basis
 Assist business with recognizing, research and resolving of banking issues and debt compliance
Experience & Qualifications:
 Three plus years of experience in investment banking, venture capital/private equity, consulting, and/or
corporate finance
 Undergraduate degree in finance, business or related. Master’s preferred.
 Proven experience with valuation models and financial analysis
 Experience with mergers and acquisitions execution and post-acquisition integration activities
 Superior communication skills, keen business judgment, creativity in problem solving and strong
influencing skills
 Ability to collaborate with others and drive results using a data-driven approach
 Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
 Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
