Andrew is the National Builder and Renovation Executive for Bank of America Home
Loans responsible for overseeing the development of preferred lending relationships with
builders. He is instrumental in growing the organization’s 203(k) renovation portfolio.
Andrew is a seasoned expert and a previous top Loan Originator who focused on new
construction business. As a result, he understands the opportunities and challenges
builders face in the current environment.

Michael is a Divisional Builder Sales Manager and has more than 23 years of mortgage
banking experience. His career track from Builder Loan Office to Area, Regional and
Divisional Builder Manager makes him a valuable resource to our builder partners
due to his broad knowledge and industry expertise. Michael brings the same level of
professionalism and commitment to builders that he brought to our country as a member
of the United States Marine Corps.

Tracy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, appraisal and home loans.
Currently, he supports the Southeast (SE) Division as the Builder Sales Manager. A former
loan officer, Tracy managed homebuilder owned mortgage companies for some of the
largest in the country. His unique insight gained from this direct builder partnership
makes his experience especially valuable in his line of work.
