Tracy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, appraisal and home loans. Currently, he
supports the Southeast (SE) Division as a Builder Sales Manager. A former loan officer, Tracy managed
homebuilder owned mortgage companies for some of the largest in the country. His unique insight
gained from this direct builder partnership makes his experience especially valuable in his line of work.

brought to our country as a member of the United States Marine Corps.

Chris has been at Bank of America for ten years. In addition to his extensive history of community
involvement, he’s been a frequent speaker on topics such as the effects of Dodd Frank on the
lending and real estate industries. As Builder Sales Manager for the Southwest Division, he brings
to the National Builder Division his passion for helping our real estate and builder partners take full
advantage of all our company’s capabilities, and for being a catalyst to our partners’ success.

With 29 years of experience in multicultural markets, mortgage banking, community development
and real estate marketing, Joe brings many strengths to our Southeast Division. As a Bank of
America business development manager, he has managed business alliances with real estate board
associations, industry leaders and community housing agencies. He’s also served in numerous
leadership positions, including vice-chair commissioner of the Dallas Housing Authority and president
for the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
