what we do
Key
features
We build web applications to client specifications that
are easy to navigate, interactive and intuitive. Clients
have full control over how their site looks and works.
ESG is best known for innovative web applications where people:
• Assessments aligned with the IALS
(International Adult Literacy Survey) 500-point
scale, which lets you measure skills with
pinpoint accuracy.
• Occupation-specific assessments that use
authentic workplace documents, so testtakers engage better with the information.
• Adaptive algorithms that automatically adjust the questions to
accommodate the test taker’s real-time performance.
Assess their skills against an occupation
• Pschyometrically validated test questions that ensure reliability of the
test results.
2.
Identify skill gaps
• Personalized learning plans that help close skill gaps with free online
resources.
3.
Address their gaps with a customized learning
plan that features free online learning resources.
• Access to real-time data at an aggregate level, such as proficiency
levels of test takers, cross-referenced by variables such as age, date,
education, ethnicity, occupational interest, etc.
1.
• Personalized results reports that outline
the strengths and skills gaps of each testtaker. They pinpoint the tasks that
individuals may and may not be able to do.
That powerful information tells employers
where they need to invest additional
supervision and/or training for
maximum results.
