Self- Leveling Epoxy Floor Coating
Description
A solvent-free trowellable epoxy floor coating designed for floors to give a smooth
tile-like finish without joints which are subjected to heavy mechanical wear and
extreme chemical spillage.

Thinning / Cleaning
:Stir both components well before mixing. Add catalyst
to base and mix slowly but thoroughly for 10- 15
minutes. It is better to transfer contents to a bigger
container for easy and homogeneous mixing.

Concrete Surfaces

Seal with one coat of DAVIES Eposeal-Epoxy Penetrating Sealer by brush
or roller and let dry for 5-24 hours
Option 1 Plain Finish without aggregates. Proceed to Step 2 & 3.
Option 2 Non-Skid Finish- Broadcast anti skid additive on still wet Eposeal at 1
kilo/m2 and let it dry overnight When dry, dust-off excess additives. Then
proceed to step 3.
Option 3 Plain Finish with Aggregates - Adding aggregates on the Suprafloor
mixture at ratio of 3:1:1 byvolume (Base : Hardener : Aggregates). Apply by
trowel or squeegee. While still wet, finish off with a spiked roller to remove air
bubbles and level-off at the same time.

When necessary, putty hollow surfaces with DAVIES Epopatch - Epoxy
Patching Compound. Mix Ratio (Base : Hardener) 1:1 by volume

Finish with one coat of DAVIES SUPRAFLOOR by trowel or squeegee. While
still wet, finish off with a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and level-off at
the same time. Let dry overnight.

Apply one coat of DAVIES Epoxy Primer by brush or roller and let it dry.
Finish with one coat of DAVIES SUPRAFLOOR by trowel or squeegee.
