I did just the swimming. By Chloe The Triathlon I was running and I ran past Reef. It was fun. By Larquon The Triathlon I liked the Triathlon and I biked huffing and puffing. By Rylee Swimming Sports Remember the time you saw Mrs Coll speaking on the microphone, when it was your turn you were racing with other people you were so nervous you have butterflies in your tummies, your mum was yelling , so you got faster and faster. The sun was burning on me. That was swimming sports. Queenie Su Swimming Sports On Friday the whole Waihi Central School competed in the swimming sports in the pool. All the children in the school competed in the races. In the swimming sports I came second in all my races. I swam in the freestyle and breath stroke. Eli Akuhata Swimming Sports The Swimming Sports were really cool I had heaps of fun. I got to watch my friends swim. We had a lot of amazing laughs and a few hiccups but they all got fixed. I loved the Swimming Sports I got to help with the little kids and make sure they didn’t go in the deep end. Aria, Carlos, Byron etc went on to the Cluster and they all did an amazing job. I think they did extremely well and I hope everyone had an extremely fun time. Parents, caregivers, family, friends and many more people came. It was packed with so many people, it was amazingly awesome and I want to say thank you to everyone who helped out and made the Swimming Sports happen. Thank You Shikhan Harper Triathlon Last week Waihi Central School all competed in triathlon. When we did the run I felt like falling over. The swim was nice. We had to do two lengths.
