This meet has been sanctioned by Brisbane Swimming Association and Queensland
Swimming and times swum will be recognised as official Qualifying Times for Queensland
and Brisbane Swimming meets.

Age
Age as at 22nd November 2014 (Minimum age is 7 years for Junior events,
while the minimum age for Open events is 11 years)
Eligibility
Entry is open to all Swimming Queensland ‘Competitive’ registered
swimmers, who are members of a club affiliated with Swimming
Queensland.
Events
As per the attached Program of Events. All events to be swum as Timed
Finals. The Referee’s decision will be final and the Meet Referee has the
right to combine heats on the day.
Medals
Medals will be awarded to the fastest three placegetters in each age
group 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 & over events. Medals for Open
events will be awarded to the fastest three placegetters

Rules
This meet will be conducted under SQ/SAL Rules.
Entries
Team Manager nominations will close Friday 7th November 2014.
Manual (Paper) nominations will close Wednesday 5th November 2014.
All entries must be submitted by the Club’s Race Secretary using Team
Manager or Manual Entry Form, available on request. Team Manager
entry files are to be emailed to the Yeronga Park Swim Club’s Race

Late Entries
Yeronga Park Swim Club reserves the right at the sole discretion of the
Meet Director to accept entries on the day if there are lanes available in
the existing heats. If the entry is approved, the late entry fee of $20 per
event must be paid at least 1 hour prior to the commencement of the
session.
General
The Club Race Secretaries will receive email confirmation for their entries
by Friday 14th November 2014. Meet entry list, estimated time line and
timekeeping roster will also be emailed
All Clubs competing are expected to provide timekeepers during the meet
based on the number of nominated swimmers. Details of lane allocation(s)
will be provided to clubs and also contained in the meet program. All clubs
nominating swimmers in the distance events are required to provide
timekeepers for these events.
