Conditions of Entry
1. Age as at 24 May, 2014
2. Entries Close Friday 15th May at 6pm .
(NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED)
3. Individual Entry Fee $5.00 per event, Club Relay Entry Fee $6.00 per team entry. All individual entries
including relays, are to be submitted electronically with summary sheet. Payment to be made at time of
entry. Preferred method of payment is by EFT - please contact [email protected] for bank details
or cheques can be mailed to the Race Secretary Jets Swimming Club P. O Box 1213 ORANGE NSW 2800.

4. Swimmers entering 25m events cannot swim the same stroke in 50 or 100m events.
5. Swimmers wishing to nominate for the OPEN 1500 metre & 800 metre are to use 400 metre Freestyle Times.
6. Awarding of medals will be as follows:Time trials - no medals will be awarded for time trial events.
Open events - 1st, 2nd and 3rd medals will be awarded to the fastest 3 overall swimmers in each open
event.
All age events - medals will be awarded to the first 3 place-getters in each of the following age groups: 9&U,
10 years, 11 years, 12 years, 13 years, 14 years and 15&O. Ribbons will be awarded to 25m events, 1st, 2nd,
3rd. Ribbons will be awarded for Relays 1st place only.
Dual Age events - medals will be awarded to the fastest 3 overall swimmers in each dual age event (i.e.
Events 21-26)
7. Relay teams must contain at least one member of each gender.
8. The Swimming Meet will be conducted under the current rules of Swimming NSW and is a Mountains &
Plains approved swimming meet. The Meet Director reserves the right to vary any conditions applying to the
Meet, including (but not limited to) the lunch break placement.
9. All Events will be timed finals.
10. BBQ will be operating for Sunday Breakfast and Sunday Lunch.
11. Orange Aquatic Centre Canteen facilities will be available. Commercial quantities of food will not be
permitted in the Aquatic Centre.
12. Orange Aquatic Centre pool entry will apply each day.
13. Grandstand Seating is available and fold up chairs will be permitted.
14. Carnival Programs will be available for sale on the day at $5.00 each.
15. Car and bus parking is available at the Aquatic Centre.
