** Open and Novice JWW classes take precedence over EX/MAS STD class.
Judge’s briefings will only be at the beginning of each class – NOT before each jump height.
If you think you will miss your scheduled walkthru due to a conflict, walk with an EARLIER jump height!

MOVE-UPS
You may request move ups by emailing them to: [email protected]  PREFERRED , or in writing to GoneDoggin’ Agility, PO Box 3070,
Virginia Beach, VA 23454. VERBAL MOVE UPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED.
Move ups for Thursday must reach me by Monday, March 23rd @ 6pm. Make sure that we have confirmed receipt of your move-up request!
Day to Day move ups must be submitted in person to the trial secretary
no later than 15 minutes after the last run is judged for each class (STD & JWW).
BREED/OBEDIENCE CONFLICTS
It is the exhibitors' responsibility to be at the ring with their dog when it is their turn to run. To the extent it is possible
and consistent with maintaining a smoothly flowing event; we will attempt to help accommodate running order conflicts.
Those of you with morning conflicts resulting from your entry in breed or obedience may choose to move to the front of
the running order for the first agility classes of the day offered in each ring.
In order to run with the “Conflict Group”, exhibitors must submit their requests in writing via EMAIL or hand delivery to
the Trial Secretary ONLY, no later than 6pm on Wednesday for Thursday morning classes and no later than 5pm
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning classes respectively.
Those of you with additional conflicts later in the day resulting from your entry in breed or obedience may either:
(1) Submit a written conflict notice in advance if you think you might have a potential conflict. Please submit requests no later
than 6pm on Wednesday for Thursday classes and no later than 5pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the Friday,
Saturday, and Sunday classes respectively.
(2) Check with score table or gate steward to note your conflict and have your conflict approved.
Conflict Forms can be downloaded from the
GoneDoggin’ Website
www.GoneDogginAgility.com
All other potential conflicts in the running order will be handled in the usual manner.
Please work together with your Gate Stewards!!! Check-in before you walk. Take responsibility by making sure that potential conflicts
are marked ahead of time on the Gate sheets. Please understand that conflicts not noted before missing your turn to run will
likely result in forfeiture of that run.
Exhibitors running multiple dogs within less than ten dogs of each other may make arrangements with the Gate Steward to adjust their
running order. Exhibitors are NOT allowed to move their dogs on the Gate Boards. This MUST be done by the Gate Stewards.
Multiple dogs must run in the posted Running Order. In other words, the first dog may be moved up, or the second dog may be moved
down, but they may not swap positions in the running order.
Running order changes requiring that a dog be run outside the normal completion of its jump height class must be approved by the
Judge and/or Trial Coordinator.
In order to keep the trial moving, we cannot allow a ring to remain idle, waiting for dogs with conflicts.
If you have a conflict, it is YOUR responsibility to check on the Ring progression so you don’t miss your run.
Working together, we will do our best to help accommodate conflicts. Be assured that we also appreciate concerns for competitive
fairness. Teams presenting false conflicts in order to gain an advantage over other teams will risk excusal from the event without
refund.
If you have questions, please consult with the Score Table and/or the Trial Coordinator.
Thanks in advance for your help!!!
Every effort will be made to accommodate conflicts with Breed, Obedience or multiple dogs. Conflicts MUST
mark a ‘C’ by your name on the gate sheet or you will be marked ABSENT! You may also run at the end of the
earlier height group or at the beginning of your height group instead of at the end.
If you think you will miss your scheduled walkthru due to a conflict, walk with an EARLIER jump height!
We will run one round of heights for conflicts in Ring 1 and Ring 2 at the BEGINNING of each class. *** This is for breed, obedience and worker conflicts only ***
You must be checked in at the gate sheet before the start of the walkthru to take advantage of this. Conflict running order will be LOW to HIGH on THURS and SAT and HIGH to LOW on FRI and SUN. Fast Med Urgent Care
