"opting out" of financial planning fees

INFORMATION AND FORM FOR OPTING OUT OF FINANCIAL PLANNING FEES
SISIP Financial often revisits the products and services provided in order to ensure that we continue to offer relevant
financial solutions with needed information and education so that our clients can make informed decisions about their own
finances.
As such, we recently reviewed our financial planning offer and determined that the current subscription fees* associated
to this service were not conducive to the needs of our clients. This is especially the case for those clients who do not
require us to prepare their income tax returns and who prefer to do this on their own.
Therefore I am pleased to announce that we will be providing our clients the option to choose between one of the
following:
1) Opt-out of paying the subscription fee for financial planning services beginning May 1, 2015**,
while no longer having income tax return preparation provided; or
2) Continue to pay the subscription fees for financial planning and receive one basic income tax
return preparation/per year at no cost.
In order to opt-out of the subscription fee (option 1), all you are required to do is complete the OPT-OUT form below and
return it by April 2, 2015, to your local office or email us at [email protected] (please include your name, service
number and address within the contents of your opt-out email).
Before you decide on which option best suits your needs, I encourage you to read the article accompanying this letter
which speaks to the many advantages of doing your own income tax returns. In addition, take a look at the tools,
resources and important links readily available within our Learning Centre designed by SISIP Financial to meet the unique
needs of the CAF community. Use this opportunity to opt-out and reinvest these fees in a CAF Savings Plan by visiting
www.sisip.com.

ranks, and former CAF members are $12.00/month.
