Unioncard Tutorial
The Unioncard is required to play any sports or going to the gym on the
campus. The Unioncard will be 'added' to your student card. This only
means that when your studentcard is scanned, it will show that you have
bought the Unioncard. The Unioncard is not a 'physical' card!
Here is a tutorial on how to get the card:
1. Go to: www.unioncard.nl/en. Here you can find general information about the
card
2. Press the button: Order your products. This will take you to:
https://dms.utwente.nl/en/home
3. DMS is the system which handles anything Unioncard related. To log on,
press the twente surf conext button. If you are not a UT student or worker, you
need to use the button next to it.
4. You can now enter your either your Utwente or other credentials, depending
on whether you are UT related or not.
5. You will see the following page. Displayed are your picture, and some other
general information. Let’s go buy the card. Press the button ‘What’s on Offer’.
6. You will be redirected to the following page. As you can see, I already bought
the Unioncard, together with the subscription for D.B.V. Arriba and a Fitness
card.
7. Scroll until you see the Unioncard. Press add. It will now be added to your
shopping cart. DMS works like an online shopping environment.
8. Now you also need to add the subscription for D.B.V. Arriba. Scroll back up,
and go to profile. You will see the following page. Now press Organizations.
9. At register with an organization, select the dropdown menu, and press D.B.V.
Arriba
10. After you have saved, Arriba will get an e-mail that you have applied for a
subscription. We have to ‘accept’ this subscription, after which you will receive
a second e-mail that you can pay for the subscription:

11. You will be redirected to the following page. Press ‘add to cart’.
12. Now let’s pay for either the Unioncard, or the subscription. Press the cart
symbol on top. You will get the following page, which could contain the items
shown. In your case, it should be the Unioncard or the subscription (or both).
Press pay online
13. Again you will be redirected. Choose the payment type which you want by
pressing on the logo. You can also pay for everything at the Sportcentre if you
prefer that.
14. You can review purchase by going to Purchases. Check that you have bought
the Unioncard and the subscription for D.B.V. Arriba
