workout%includes%a%1%mile%run,%100%pull%ups,%200%pushups,%300%squats%and%concludes%with%a%final%1%mile%run.%
Athletes%will%register%through%the%official%Murph%website%(more%info%to%follow).%All%proceeds%will%be%combined%with%
penny%wars%funds%and%donated%to%the%LT%Michael%P.%Murphy%Memorial%Scholarship%Foundation%to%benefit%Veterans%
