The Communicators (Private) Limited is registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of
Pakistan as a Private Limited Company. Currently, we are running three FM radio stations in
Islamabad, Vehari and Abbottabad. The Communicators (Pvt.) Limited as a responsible pro-people
media has been advocating for people’s access to quality education on all levels, on its own as well as
in association with several national and international organizations to meet educational needs of people.
The Communicators (Pvt.) is implementing “Broad Class – Listen to Learn” Interactive Radio
Instruction program in primary classes of public schools of Islamabad, Abbottabad, Haripur and
Vehari. We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for ISLAMABAD, HARIPUR and
ABBOTTABAD offices for the following positions:
Finance Coordinators (2) - Islamabad: Finance Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and
maintaining all financial records of various projects of the organization. Applicant should be CA finalist
and articles completed with 3-5 years working experience with commercial organizations/donor funded
projects. Should have expertise to maintain accounting records i.e. bank and cash payment vouchers,
receipts, invoices, chequebooks, expenditures from regional offices, advances to regional offices,
adequacy of various balances appearing in ledgers, posting of vouchers, accuracy and completeness of
bank accounts, reconciliation of bank accounts, monthly financial statement, adequacy and
completeness of invoices, preparing invoices for advertising companies etc. The applicant should have
experience to prepare budgets, maintain record of receipts from the donor, and submit reports to the
donor on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for expenses against budget line items. Be able to
maintain financial disbursement and monitoring systems prepare & maintain the ledger for monitoring
financial commitments, monthly financial statements, and non-expendable property ledger and prepare
contracts for resource persons/short-term staff. Applicants should not be over 40 years old.. Computer
skills in accounting software (Quick books), MS Word and MS Excel software are essential. Good
command over spoken and written English and excellent interpersonal team-building and presentation
skills are required. The ideal candidate would possess strong personal motivation and ability to
complete tasks within strict and tight deadlines and work independently.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (Islamabad): The incumbent should have Master's Degree in
Education/ Anthropology, Economics or Statistics from a HEC recognized university; and a working
experience of 3-5 years as M&E Officer. Applicants should not be over 40 years old. Experience in
monitoring and evaluation of educational projects, especially in the realm of primary education would
be an asset. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively to design monitoring and evaluation
frameworks, methods and tools and willing to travel to various district of KPK. He/She will be
responsible for the collection of baseline data and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Based on
the data gathered, he/she would then analyze the summaries and write reports. Ability to present
comprehensive reports and case studies, to diverse audiences is critical. Proficiency in English,
computer usage and statistical software are essential.
