Expression of Interest ( EOI – MAR-02/2014-15)
ITI Ltd., is a Central Govt. PSU, comes under the Ministry of IT & Communication
invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from registered Business Associate (BA)
for “1)Trenching, laying of HDPE DUCT, Blowing of OFC Cable, Splicing,
termination, Installation of OFC between Parbhani-Mudkhed and commissioning the
system, 2) Diversion and laying of 6 Quad cable/OFC cable between ParbhaniMudkhed section of Nanded Division of South Central Railway, 3) Maintenance of
OFC from Parbhani to Mudkhed section till handing over, 4) Providing ring
communication arrangements between gumpty locations and central location at
Parbhani, Punra, Nanded and Mudkhed Section” For details of Scope of work
/EMD visit www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in vide tender No. C.SG.C.36.5.72.2015,
Dt. 09.03.2015.
1. Due Date for Submission of EOI on or before 02nd April, 2015 @ 03.00 PM.
2. EOI shall be opened on 02nd April, 2015 @ 03.30 PM.
3. Estimated Cost of Project. Rs. 3,48,22, 988.00
4. Earnest Money Deposit: Rs. 3,24,120.00

6. Important Clause: After the evaluation of EOI, finally selected Bidder should become
Business Associates of ITI Ltd by paying Rs. 10000/- along with empanelment application form

7. Eligibility Criteria:(i) Average Annual Financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31
previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.
(ii) Experience and past performance on similar contracts for last 2 years.
