Tender will be accepted under the two bid system as below :
1. The Technical –cum – commercial bid in Envelope No.1 should contain the following
documents:
(a) Satisfactory completion certificate, copy of work order from competent authority not
below the rank of Executive Engineer for similar type of work done during last five years
contract for a period of 2 year at least in a single order.
(b) Photocopy of PAN card, Service Tax Registration Certificate.
(c) Firms must be IATA approved. Please enclose copy of certificate.
(d) Firm must have local branch office at Lucknow physically.
2. The Price Bid in Envelope No.2. Should contain the rates of services in our bill of quantity
and the booklet containing general terms and conditions of contracts, special terms and
conditions & specification duly signed as token of acceptance.
3. The price bid of only those firms will be opened who are found technically and commercially
acceptable.
4. ITI Ltd., Reserve the right to accept or reject any tender or split the tender in any number of
parts without assigning any reason thereof.
5. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

-26. The work will be awarded as a whole in single package.
7. Tenders may be submitted in the tender box kept in Manager, Tender Cell, Technical
Building, Office of Computer Division, Factory area, ITI Ltd. Mankapur, Distt – Gonda
(U.P) PIN – 271308.
8. Tenders can be obtained from the office of In-charge –Liason Office, ITI Ltd., Vibhuti
Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow after showing the document mentioned in Para 1 above. The
issuance of tender documents does not mean that the contractor is technically suitable.
9. ITI will not be responsible for non – receipt/late receipt or loss of tender documents in postal
transit.
10. The interested bidders may participate in the tender opening.

http://eprocure.gov.in/cappp. The complete tender documents can also be down-loaded from
our web site in which case the tender fee, as above is to be submitted in Envelope No.1.
12. Important Notes :
In case of tender are being submitted through E-mail, following guidelines must be followed.

ANNEXURE – A

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Tenderer may visit the office to acquaint with work / tender at ITI Ltd., ITI Bhawan, Vibhuti
Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (U.P). PIN – 226010. No further claim shall be accepted for
lack of knowledge of work / tender.
2. Tenderer has to quote for above services for the period of 12 months.
3. Contract may be extended for one more year on mutual consent basis on same rates, terms &
conditions and performance of services.
4. In case of any dispute regarding the quality of services, decision of Incharge, Liaison Office
Lucknow will be full and final. The court of Lucknow only shall have jurisdiction in case matter
goes to a court of law.
5. All disputes arises will be resolved through ICADR.
6. The tenderer must attach with tender, all the pre-qualification documents as mentioned in NIT
at serial No.01.
7. ITI reserve right to terminate the contract at any stage, if the contractor does not improve the
performance, after three notices.
8. In case engaged travel agency is unable to provide tickets to ITI, the same will be arranged
from outside agency at agency’s risk & cost.
9. Service tax shall be paid extra as per rules (wherever applicable) by ITI Limited.
10. Agency should have the stock of Domestic & International tickets of all Airlines.
11. The agency will provide round the clock service for 365 days in a year.
12. Travel agency will provide confirmed tickets at its level best.
13. In emergency travel agency shall provide tickets at our desired places within Lucknow.
14. In case of Tatkal Train Ticket booking, vendor has to provide railway counter ticket and
has to be handed over to end user at desired place & time.
15. Travel agency has to provide Domestic / International air tickets of all airlines on economical /
concessional fare.
16. Booking of all tickets will be given to travel agency on office hours, after hours, holidays, round
the clock, all 365 days.
17. Payment shall be released within 30 days after submission of bills on monthly basis subject to
the fulfillment of all formalities.
18. The Tenure of the service agreement shall initially be for a period one year as stated above
and will be subject to review from to time, however, that the contract may be pre-terminated by
ITI Limited without assigning any reason, giving 03 month’s notice.
19. The offer shall be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of tender.
