Proposed Redevelopment
of 119 Farringdon Road
Dear Neighbour,
Viridis Real Estate Services Ltd is currently working on proposals
to redevelop 119 Farringdon Road. Working with Allford Hall
Monaghan Morris Architects, we are proposing the demolition and
redevelopment of the existing office building at 119 Farringdon Road
with high-quality office space, flexible commercial uses at ground floor
level, and significant improvements to the surrounding public realm.
As a near neighbour, we would like to invite you to a public
exhibition to view our plans for the site and offer us your feedback.
The public exhibition will be held on Saturday 16 and Monday
18 May. Although we are at an early stage in the planning process,
this will be a valuable opportunity for you to learn more about the
plans and speak to members of the development team.
We are excited about the possibilities and benefits that this
development would bring to the local area, and we are committed
to working closely with residents and businesses to ensure they
are kept informed of our aspirations for the site.
