Diagnostic procedures include convex EBUS, radial probe ultrasound and navigational bronchoscopy as sampling for diagnosis is extremely important. Therapeutic procedures in need of exposure and review are bronchial thermoplasty, medical thoracoscopy, endobronchial valves, and rigid bronchoscopy. Many institutional pulmonologists, as well as community physicians, can benefit greatly with an annual review of procedures and techniques. Accreditation The University of Cincinnati is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
