TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
The tender form should be filled up in all respects & no column should be left
blank. Each page of the tender document including the pages containing the
terms & conditions should be signed by the tenderer.
2.
Sealed tender should reach to the undersigned by 02:00pm hours on
date
26/03/2015. The committee on Date:
26/03/2015 will open the
tenders at 04.00 pm in the Office.
3.
Tenders of only those firms will be entertained who deposit on Earnest Money
Deposit (EMD) of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) in the form of DD drawn
in favour of "Suwidha Centre, DC Office, Amritsar" payable at Amritsar,

The tender shall be submitted in sealed cover and it should be marked in the
caption, "TENDER FOR PRINTING OF LEARNER DRIVING LICENCES"
on the face of the envelope.
5.
The tender will quote their rates excluding all taxes in the enclosed list
(Annexure-C) only.
6.
The accepted rates shall be valid up to date as per the sanctioned the tender
and no escalation on the accepted rates shall be allowed.
7.
The contractor will not be eligible to further sublet this contract to any other
party.
8.
If the material supplied is found to be sub-standard, the supplier shall bound to
replace the same with the standard material at his own cost, risk and
responsibility.
9.
The tenderer will supply the material as per supply order within 7 days from
the date of receipt of the supply order.
10.
The payment shall be released with in 25 days on the receipt of the bill.
11.
Acceptance of the items from the successful tenders will be subject to strict
conformity with specifications prescribed in the tender documents and in the
supply order.
12.
It will be the sole discretion of the Chairman, SSCS either to accept or to
reject any or all the tenders submitted by the successful Bidder, without
assigning any reason whatsoever, and his decision shall be final and binding
to the entire bidder.
We have carefully read the above terms and conditions, have satisfied
ourselves of the meaning implied therein and after fully understanding all the
implications of these conditions, we agree them without any reservation and
undertake to abide them fully and unconditionally.

Hereby agree to the following terms & conditions in connection with the award of
work order to us by Society for LEARNER DRIVING LICENCES (BOOKLET & FORM)
at Suwidha Centre, Amritsar.
1. Society reserves the right to select or reject any/all offers without
assigning any reason thereof,
2. Any conditional offer is liable to be rejected by Society.
3. Any correction in the tender document without signature of the contractor
will not be considered.
4. If we do not supply LEARNER DRIVING LICENCES (BOOKLET & FORM) as
per specifications, society has the right to get the material printed from
any other contractor. However, if society suffers any loss/damage/
inconvenience due to our actions, we agree to forfeit or security amount
given to Society.
5. We hereby submit the offer form with earnest money deposit of Rs.
10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) through Demand Draft/Pay Order in
favour of Suwidha Centre, Amritsar, payable at Amritsar. The EMD
amount will be kept with Society as Security deposit for the duration of
our contractual term. We understand and agree that our EMD will be
forfeited given to Society in case of any default on our part in carrying out
our duties up to the satisfaction of Society.
