The maps will depict information and activity flow and indicate value-added and non-value-added activities. Once the participants have developed the maps, the trainer will support teams in carrying out analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, poor layouts, inefficient flow, defects, points of dissatisfaction and inappropriate workforce issues.
