TERMS & CONDITIONS
All information in this document forms part of the
terms and conditions and all entrants agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
This contest is organised and promoted by AppleCore
Foods Ltd.
Contest is open to residents of Malta & Gozo,
excluding employees and immediate families of
AppleCore Foods Ltd.
Contest closes for entries at 11:59pm CET, May 24th
2015.
The winner(s) will be solely responsible for complying
with any and all applicable statutes, laws (including,
without limitation, common law, if applicable), rules
and regulations and for bearing any personal income
tax, VAT, withholding taxes, customs duties, or other
taxes, fees, insurance, surcharges or other costs
relating to receiving, claiming or collecting any prize.
All proceeds from the Arla Mozzarella Malta Pizza
Challenge are donated to local charities and
organizations.
Participation forms must be sent to: AppleCore Foods
Ltd, No. 45, Hardrocks Business Park Wied il-Ghasel,
l/o Naxxar NXR 6345, Malta. Entries must be
accompanied by relevant contact details, including the
entrant’s name, and a valid email address. Cheques
accompanying the application forms are to be made
out to AppleCore Foods Ltd.
Ingredients used in this contest are supplied by
AppleCore Foods Ltd.
Unauthorized Sponsorship: Participants in the Arla
Mozzarella Malta Pizza Challenge are prohibited from
promoting, in any way, any commercial or charitable
enterprise other than the approved sponsors, including
in the chef’s garments. Anyone violating this rule will
automatically be disqualified.
Final Authority: AppleCore Foods Ltd has final
authority regarding all contest related matters.
Prizes will be awarded to the entrants who, in the
independent judge's opinion, have completed the
competition in the most creative and skilful way. The
judge's decision is final and shall be communicated on
the final day of the competition. Prizes are not
transferable. No cash alternative is available.
Copyright of the entries submitted will be owned by
AppleCore Foods Ltd.
AppleCore Foods Ltd. may wish to use winners and
/or winning entries for promotional purposes.
It is agreed by each participant in entering this
competition, that AppleCore Foods Ltd. may use all
information submitted for general reference, inclusion
in corporate brochures, in-house news
communications, websites and for legal compliance
purposes without requirement to give any additional
notice, seek any consent or make any payment of any
nature.
AppleCore Foods Ltd. reserves the right to stop,
suspend, amend or otherwise alter these terms and
conditions at any time without giving prior notice. The
latest version of these terms and conditions will be
